Job summary

A manufacturing company in Pune is looking for a skilled operator to set up and operate VMC machines with Siemens controllers. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, an ITI/Diploma in Engineering and be ready to work in three shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining machining accuracy and reading technical drawings.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Operating and setting up VMC machines with Siemens controllers, reading technical drawings, performing tool setting, and maintaining machining accuracy and quality

Desired profile of the candidate:

• Independently able to Set up, operate, and monitor VMC machines for production runs.
• In depth knowledge of the VMC Machines, Programming, Tool Selection, Cycle time optimization.
• Setting and Operations independently, Tryouts.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate has to be an ITI / Diploma engineer.
• 2 +years of experience in Operation & Programming of VMC Machines.
• Ready to work in Three Shifts.
