Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) Operator located in Bengaluru. The VMC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, performing machining and milling tasks, ensuring quality control, and maintaining machinery for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in machine operation and machining, and experience in milling
• Understanding of quality control processes and ability to inspect machined parts for accuracy and defects
• Experience in maintaining machinery for optimal performance and troubleshooting operational issues
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team
• Professional certification in VMC machining or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in Aerospace or Automation sector is beneficial
• Minimum of a high school diploma required; vocational or technical training in machining or related field preferred
