• Operate and maintain 3-axis Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
• Set up and calibrate VMC machines for production runs.
• Load and unload materials and parts onto the VMC machine.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
• Ensure the quality of machined parts through inspection and measurement.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest machining techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: 10th and above / Diploma in Tool & Die making is preferred
• Experience: Must have minimum 2 years experience in Moulds Manufacturing Industries would be beneficial.
