Job summary

Dishant Engineering in Maharashtra seeks a hands-on CNC/VMC Shop Supervisor to take complete ownership of shop-floor operations, productivity, quality and new product development. The ideal candidate will have strong VMC and CNC programming knowledge and Siemens/Fanuc control expertise to independently handle machine setting, programming, prove-out, production planning and team management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own shop-floor operations and drive productivity
• Coordinate CNC/VMC setting, programming and prove-out
• Plan daily production and allocate manpower
• Drive quality improvement and reduce rejections
• Coordinate tooling, fixtures and machining processes
• Maintain ISO documentation, audits and compliance
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Management
• Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety & 5S

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong VMC and CNC programming & Siemens/Fanuc control knowledge who can independently handle machine setting, programming, prove-out, production planning and team management.

• New Product Development (NPD) & Process Development
• Complete shop-floor & plant operations management
• Daily production planning & manpower allocation
• CNC/VMC setting, prove-out & cycle optimization
• Drive quality improvement & rejection reduction
• Tooling, fixture & machining-process coordination
• ISO documentation, audits & compliance
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Management
• Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety & 5S
