Job summary

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for VMC / CNC Operators is based in Alwar. The role involves setting up and operating VMC and CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, monitoring machining processes, and performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment. Operators are expected to measure and inspect finished components to maintain quality standards, record production data, and coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to resolve issues. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient collaboration with other team members in the fabrication workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including safe setup, operation, and shut-down of VMC and CNC machinery.
• Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills to interpret drawings, select appropriate tools, and achieve required tolerances.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control capabilities to measure parts, identify defects, and maintain consistent production standards.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Machinery maintenance basics, including routine checks and minor adjustments.
• Relevant technical training or diploma in mechanical, production, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges), and follow work instructions.
