Job summary

Vinyana Tech Training Institute seeks an enthusiastic trainer with strong RTL design knowledge to conduct trainings online and in-person across India. You will interact with students and teachers, develop course slides and quizzes, and ensure high ethical standards.

A 6‑month probation applies, with a 3‑year engagement option including travel within India. The role requires Unix shell scripting knowledge and comfort with creating documentation.

Responsibilities

• Train students with concepts of Digital RTL Design (Verilog/SystemVerilog).
• Deliver online trainings and travel within India as needed.
• Create PowerPoint slides and training documents; set up quizzes and assessments.
• Explain concepts clearly and provide practical methodology beyond theory.
• Interact with students and teachers with professionalism during trainings.
• Probation period of 6 months; engagement planned for at least 3 years.

Role & responsibilities

• You are an enthusiastic trainer with good technical skills and good English communication skills
• You enjoy interacting with students and teachers
• You are an independent and responsible person with a high degree of accountability and ethics.
• Conceptual Knowledge - Concepts of Digital RTL Design (Verilog/System Verilog), Design Verification, Synthesis, DFT
• You must be willing to travel within India for conducting trainings
• You must be able to conduct trainings online
• You must be able to explain concepts/methodology in addition to explaining
• You must have good knowledge in Unix shell commands and scripting, installing tools
• You must be able to create Power Point slides/ WORD documents
• You must be able to set up quizzes and grade the students
• Probation: 6 months
• Minimal Engagement period: 3 years (including probation).

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification - M.Tech/Phd in VLSI with CGPA of 8.0 or higher.
• Punctuality, Good communication skills
• Desirable: 6-month internship/training in VLSI using either open-source or commercial tools. Any prior experience in teaching will be a bonus.
