Job summary

HCLTech is seeking experienced VLSI engineers specializing in high-speed memory interface design, with a focus on LPDDR5 and LPDDR6. The ideal candidate will excel in analog and digital design, DDR, LPDDR, SerDes, and HBM technologies, and will contribute to cutting-edge memory solutions for high-performance systems.

You will design and verify interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams for chip integration and system validation, and optimize circuits for low power and high speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-speed memory interface design.
• Experience with DDR, LPDDR, SerDes and HBM.
• Strong signaling, timing analysis and signal integrity knowledge.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and flows.
