Job summary

Prolific Hr Consultants is hiring for a VKYC executive in Bengaluru to conduct live video KYC calls and verify customer documents in line with RBI guidelines.

You will manage liveness checks, audit data, and help customers through the VKYC process while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Fresh graduates with good communication are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0–3 years of experience; freshers with good communication can apply.
• Experience in KYC, customer support or BPO is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in English; regional language helpful.
• Good attention to detail and keen observation skills.

Job description

Role Overview:

The VKYC executive will be responsible for conducting video-based customer identity verification in compliance with RBI guidelines. The role requires handling live video interactions, validating customer documents, ensuring regulatory adherence, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video KYC Execution

• Conduct live video KYC calls with customers as per defined process
• Verify original identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) during the video interaction
• Perform liveness checks and ensure customer presence
• Capture geo-coordinates, screenshots, and required audit data

2. Customer Interaction

• Guide customers through the VKYC process clearly and professionally
• Ensure proper lighting, visibility, and document clarity during the call
• Handle customer queries and reduce call drop-offs / incomplete cases

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure strict adherence to RBI VKYC guidelines and internal SOPs
• Validate customer details against system records
• Maintain complete and accurate records (video recordings, logs, timestamps)
• Flag suspicious or fraudulent cases to the Audit team

4. Quality & Accuracy

• Maintain high accuracy in verification and data entry
• Avoid errors leading to rework or audit failures
• Meet defined Quality Audit (QA) standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• 0 - 3 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can be considered)
• Experience in KYC / Customer Support / BPO is preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal communication (English + regional language preferred)
• Basic understanding of KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to identify suspicious/fraudulent behavior
