Job summary

Kinnect in Bengaluru is seeking a budding visual designer to transform concepts into bold, platform-native visuals. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, strategists and account leads to bring ideas to life across campaigns, social, and influencer content.

With a portfolio that proves digital-first thinking and strong layouts, you’ll wield Photoshop, Illustrator and basic After Effects, while exploring GenAI tools to accelerate creativity.

Qualifications

• 0.6–2 years of experience in a creative or digital agency.
• Solid portfolio showcasing digital-first design and social-first thinking.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o.
• Curious, collaborative mindset; thrives in brainstorms.
• Ability to work under tight timelines while staying detail-obsessed.
