Kinnect in Bengaluru is seeking a creative designer to bring campaigns to life, pixel by pixel, collaborating with copy and strategy to crack bold ideas and ensure on-brand execution across social, video, and display formats.

You will lead junior designers, translate briefs into strong concepts, work fast and smart, and explore GenAI tools to accelerate design ideas while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in a digital-first or advertising environment.
• A strong portfolio with work across social, video, influencer, and display formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc.
• An eye for detail, love for experimentation, and the ability to work fast and smart.
