Job summary

Schbang Digital Solution Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a creative designer to collaborate with clients and account managers to translate business objectives into compelling visuals. You will develop concepts, mood boards, and design briefs while leading junior designers and staying ahead of industry trends.

You will work across digital and print media, present ideas to clients, and leverage tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma to deliver captivating campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent design and artistic abilities.
• Experience with additional tools like After Effects, Figma, or Blender is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss objectives and requirements.
• Interpret business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
• Develop design briefs and mood boards through research and data analysis.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Create designs based on visual hierarchy, grids, and typography.
• Present finalized ideas to clients or account managers.
• Work with digital and print media, web banners, etc.
• Provide leadership to junior designers and peers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
• Collaborate with printers, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, and web developers.
• Give constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Stay aware of current trends in visual arts.
• Be aware of AI tools like Midjourney and FireFly.

Job description

• Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Interpret clients' business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
• Obtain approval of the concept by submitting rough layouts for approval.
• Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing the data.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
• Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
• Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
• Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
• Collaborate with a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
• Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
• Stay aware of current trends in visual arts.
• Need to be aware of the use of emerging AI technologies such as MIdjourney, FireFly etc.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and guide the junior visualizers.

Skills Required:

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
• Excellent design and artistic abilities.
• Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.
• Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
