Job summary

Sociowash is a vibrant Integrated Advertising Agency looking for a Visualiser in Mumbai to join a fast-paced, creative team. You will help translate client briefs into compelling visuals and collaborate across departments to ensure on-brand, timely outputs.

We seek 5–5.5 years of experience, a passion for Photoshop and Illustrator, and an understanding of After Effects. You should excel in creativity, accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–5.5 years of experience in a creative digital agency.
• Must love Photoshop and Illustrator and have an understanding of After Effects.
• Excellent visual sense with exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work with time- and deadline-conscious professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ideating and designing the creatives as per the client's brief along with your team.
• Working with Account Manager and Content Strategist, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales.
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Preparing key visuals for campaigns & brands for Social Media or Outdoor Media.
• Mentor a team of young Graphic Designers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required.
• There are three responses to a creative - yes, no, and WOW! WOW is the one you should aim for.

Requirements

We want a kickass, smart and quick-witted Visualiser with an experience of 5-5.5 years, preferably in a creative digital agency.

Must be in love with Photoshop and Illustrator and also have an understanding of After Effects,

Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.

You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.

Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
