Job summary

Sulthan Gold is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to enhance showroom presentation and drive customer engagement. You will plan and execute displays for a range of jewellery collections, ensuring brand-aligned aesthetics and high display standards.

Role involves coordinating with marketing and operations, developing seasonal concepts, and training showroom staff while visiting multiple locations to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of jewellery presentation, lighting, colour coordination and space utilisation.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva or other design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute jewellery displays for gold, diamond, platinum, silver and other collections.
• Design and implement window displays, showcase arrangements and in-store visuals.
• Develop display concepts for festivals, weddings, seasonal campaigns, new launches and special promotions.
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all showrooms.
• Coordinate with marketing and retail operations for promotions and brand campaigns.
• Monitor display quality through regular showroom visits and reporting.
• Train showroom teams on display standards and maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling, presentation and security of jewellery during display activities.

Visual Merchandiser Jewellery Retail

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with experience in jewellery retail to enhance the visual appeal and presentation of our showrooms. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing attractive jewellery displays, maintaining visual merchandising standards and creating engaging in-store experiences that strengthen brand identity and drive customer interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute attractive displays for gold, diamond, platinum, silver and other jewellery collections.
• Design and implement window displays, showcase arrangements and in-store visual presentations.
• Develop creative display concepts for festivals, weddings, seasonal promotions, new launches and special campaigns.
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all showrooms.
• Coordinate with marketing and retail operations teams for promotional displays and brand campaigns.
• Conduct regular showroom visits to monitor display quality and implementation.
• Ensure appropriate lighting, props, signage, product arrangement and overall showroom aesthetics.
• Recommend innovative display techniques to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
• Train showroom teams on display standards and maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling, presentation and security of jewellery during display activities.
• Monitor competitor displays and emerging visual merchandising trends.
• Prepare regular reports with photographs of showroom displays and merchandising activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design or Retail Management preferred.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of jewellery presentation, lighting, colour coordination and space utilisation.
• Creative thinking and excellent aesthetic sense.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva or other design tools will be an advantage.
• Strong planning, communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel across showroom locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in gold and diamond jewellery showrooms, luxury retail brands and multi-location retail merchandising will be preferred.
