Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D designs, renders, and visual concepts for jewellery showrooms and retail spaces.
• Design 3D layouts for jewellery displays, showcases, counters, window displays, and promotional setups.
• Develop creative Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts for jewellery stores, festivals, events, and product launches.
• Prepare realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and design presentations.
• Work on showroom interiors, display fixtures, lighting, materials, textures, and product placement.
• Coordinate with the VM, Marketing, and Interior Design teams to execute design concepts.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Prepare design files, layouts, and visual references for execution and installation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Graphic Designer for our Visual Merchandising (VM) Department at Kalamandir Jewellers Ltd. The candidate should have strong 3D designing skills and experience in creating realistic 3D visuals, retail displays, jewellery showroom layouts, and VM concepts. The candidate must be able to convert creative ideas into high-quality 3D designs and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality 3D designs, renders, and visual concepts for jewellery showrooms and retail spaces.
2. Design 3D layouts for jewellery displays, showcases, counters, window displays, and promotional setups.
3. Develop creative Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts for jewellery stores, festivals, events, and product launches.
4. Prepare realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and design presentations.
5. Work on showroom interiors, display fixtures, lighting, materials, textures, and product placement.
6. Coordinate with the VM, Marketing, and Interior Design teams to execute design concepts.
7. Revise designs based on feedback and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
8. Prepare design files, layouts, and visual references for execution and installation.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and realistic rendering.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of retail space planning, showroom displays, materials, and lighting.
• Ability to create realistic 3D presentations for jewellery retail environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D designs, retail displays, or interior/VM projects is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in 3D Graphic Designing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Interior Design.
• Excellent creativity, visualisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or premium brand displays will be preferred.

Interview Evaluation Criteria

Candidates will be evaluated on their 3D modelling skills, rendering quality, creativity, retail display concepts, software proficiency, and portfolio.
