Job summary

Dermatouch in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser to support store-level execution across 75 assigned outlets. You will visit 8–10 stores per day, implement planograms, manage POSM, and ensure shelves are shopper-ready.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Visual Merchandising or FMCG, strong visual presentation skills, and comfort with field travel. Driving license and two-wheeler are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Field Sales, FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, Pharmacy, or Retail.
• Strong eye for visual presentation and planogram execution.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and 8–10 store visits per day.
• Basic Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and mobile photography skills.
• Knowledge of skincare/dermocosmetic products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit all 75 assigned stores monthly, with 8–10 visits per day.
• Execute and maintain planograms, brand blocks, hero SKU placement, CTUs, FSUs, gondola ends, and POSM.
• Conduct shelf-share and competitor audits during every visit.
• Identify and report OOS SKUs, competitor activity, and brand displacement immediately.
• Capture shelf photographs and submit daily/weekly visit reports to the KAM.
• Coordinate with KAE on replenishment and stock availability.
• Conduct brief product awareness sessions with store staff.
• Support festive displays, sampling, and promotional activities.
• Ensure shelves and brand materials remain clean, attractive, and shopper-ready.
