Noise is seeking a Visual Designer who brings bold visuals and pixel-perfect detail to life across digital and physical touchpoints, from social media to packaging. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a design degree from a top design school, and strong fluency with Adobe Suite and Figma.

We're looking for a Visual Designer who brings ideas to life through bold visuals, striking compositions, and pixel-perfect detail. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital and physical touchpoints — from social media to packaging, from product launches to campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working on creatives for digital platforms and Websites.
• Working in collaboration with the marketing team for creating high-quality designs
• Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes
• Design high-quality creatives for the marketing team.
• Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content
• Imbibe our brand and its essence– and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral
• Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channelsEnvision and create the right design solutions in known and/or ambiguous situations
• Understand business & technological constraints and how they impact the design process and output
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design

Requirements:

• Graduate in Design from a Tier 1 Design University/College
• Have 3-5 years of working experience
• Possess strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma
• Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment
