gonoise is seeking a Brand & Visual Designer to bring bold visuals to life across social media, packaging, product launches and campaigns. You will translate brand attributes into high-quality creative assets for both digital and physical touchpoints.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Design from a Tier 1 Design University/College.
• 3–5 years of working experience.

You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital and physical touchpoints — from social media to packaging, from product launches to campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working on creatives for digital platforms and Websites.
• Working in collaboration with the marketing team for creating high-quality designs
• Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes
• Design high-quality creatives for the marketing team.
• Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content
• Imbibe our brand and its essence– and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral
• Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channels
• Envision and create the right design solutions in known and/or ambiguous situations
• Understand business & technological constraints and how they impact the design process and output
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design

Requirements:
