Job summary

boAt Lifestyle in Gurugram is seeking a Visual Designer to craft website pages, landing pages, and digital assets for product launches within an existing design system. You will apply deep UI expertise to improve clarity, usability, and visual hierarchy, collaborating with product, tech, and marketing to bring design concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Designer for web/digital.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience working with design systems and UI fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling website pages, landing pages, and digital assets for product and campaign launches.
• Work within an existing design system and extend it across various digital touchpoints.
• Apply a working knowledge of UI fundamentals to enhance clarity, usability, and visual hierarchy. (Deep UI is required.)
• Create digital collateral such as web banners, email creatives, UI elements, and visual layouts.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across all online platforms.
• Support marketing with high-impact visuals for web-led initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, preferably in Visual Design, Communication Design, or Digital Design.
• Preferred academic background from institutes like NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Designer in web/digital environments.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
