Job summary

noon in Gurugram seeks a hands-on Seller Operator (Operations) with a strong graphic design background to lead creative projects for a fast-growing digital ecosystem in the Middle East region.

You will shape visuals, manage a design team, guide projects end-to-end, and drive AI-powered workflows while maintaining brand consistency and staying ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• 2-7 years in creative roles with a strong portfolio; hands-on lead in visuals.
• Leadership experience mentoring creative teams and strong project management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects; motion graphics preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools to streamline ideation and production.
• Strategic thinking to align work with business goals and client needs.
• Excellent communication and client-facing collaboration.

What you’ll do?

• Define Creative Vision & Strategy: Set the creative direction for projects to align with business goals and brand identity.
• Lead & Inspire Team: Manage and motivate the creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Project Management: Ensure timely delivery, scope management, and coordination with other departments.
• Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts from idea to execution.
• Drive AI-Powered Workflows: Champion the integration of AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc.) into the creative process to accelerate ideation, concepting, and production without compromising quality.
• Quality Control: Review and ensure all creative outputs meet high standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and tools—including emerging AI design tools—to drive innovation.

What you’ll need:

• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields
• Design Experience: 2-7 years in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work. This is a very hands-on role. We expect you to take the lead in coming up with Key Visuals and motion graphics.
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with strong project management abilities.
• Creative & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects) and a solid understanding of design principles. Candidates with motion graphics experience will be given a preference.
• AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and content generation tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc) integrated into an end-to-end creative workflow. Ability to train and guide the team on incorporating these tools efficiently.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative work with business goals and client needs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to present and explain creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Client Management: Experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations and feedback.
• Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, staying current with design trends, technologies, and AI-driven tools.
