We are seeking a UX-focused Visual Designer with strong production design expertise and a deep understanding of user experience principles. This role goes beyond execution—you will apply UX thinking through visual design, using hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and design systems to create clear, scalable, and high‑quality digital experiences. You will work within established design systems, collaborate closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams, and ensure that UX intent is translated into production‑ready UI across diverse platforms and industries.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify usability gaps and propose visual solutions to improve clarity and flow.
- Balance usability, accessibility, and brand consistency in design decisions.
- Work extensively within design systems using components, variants, and tokens.
- Apply and maintain semantic tokens (color, typography, spacing, states).
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and reusability across products.
- Leverage modern Figma capabilities: auto‑layout, variables, component properties, and Dev Mode.
- Prototyping & Interaction Design
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate flows, states, and design intent.
- Use prototyping as a collaboration tool with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Explore motion and interaction patterns to enhance usability where relevant.
- Production Quality & Collaboration
- Own the visual polish and production readiness of all design deliverables.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and implementation ready.
- Collaborate closely with engineers for seamless design‑to‑development handoff.
- Work with project managers to align on timelines, priorities, and delivery.
