Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Artist to lead the motion graphics team and oversee the entire motion design process for EdTech videos. You will produce high-quality character animations and motion graphics that transform complex concepts into engaging content, enhancing learning experiences.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborating with scriptwriters and editors to ensure visuals align with educational goals and creative objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of 2D/3D animation, motion typography, and visual effects.
• Experience designing motion graphics for EdTech or e-learning is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and mentor junior team members.

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Motion Graphics Artist & Graphic Designer to lead our motion graphics team and oversee the entire motion design process. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality character animations and motion graphics for our EdTech videos, transforming complex concepts into visually engaging content that enhances learning experiences.

As a Senior Motion Graphics Artist, you will work closely with scriptwriters, video editors, and video producers to ensure all visual elements align with our creative and educational objectives. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise to elevate the overall quality of our motion graphics content.

• Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to create dynamic and visually appealing animations.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior motion designers by providing constructive feedback and best practices in animation and motion design.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, software updates, and innovative animation techniques to enhance the quality and impact of motion graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize the production process for efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc., is a plus).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion typography, 2D/3D animation, and visual effects.
• Experience in designing motion graphics for EdTech, e-learning, or similar industries is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and mentor junior team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to balance creative quality with project deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple projects efficiently.
