We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting engaging animations, visual effects, and motion graphics that bring ideas to life across digital platforms. A strong foundation in 2D animation is required, while 3D animation skills using tools like Blender or Maya will be considered a valuable plus.

You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to develop visually stunning motion graphics, animated assets, and dynamic content that elevate brand storytelling and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design & Animation

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, ads, and product demos.
• Use Adobe After Effects and Illustrator to design and animate 2D assets, icons, typography, and illustrations.
• Animate storyboards, explainer videos, title sequences, intros/outros, and transitions.

3D Animation (Plus)

• Develop 3D motion graphics, models, and environments using Blender or Maya.
• Integrate 2D and 3D elements into polished final compositions.
• Work with designers, video editors, and creative leads to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and motion design techniques.

Optimization & Delivery

• Prepare and export animation assets for different platforms (web, social media, broadcast).
• Optimize files for performance without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or Multimedia Designer.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation, typography animation, and motion design work.
• Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation using Blender, Maya, or Cinema4D.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Audition for supporting workflows.
• Experience in compositing, visual effects, or particle systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Arts, Design, or related field.
