Job summary

Recooty is seeking a Visual Content Creator to turn ideas into short-form videos, ad creatives and brand assets for a global SaaS product. You'll own the visuals from script to screen, collaborating with the Social Media Manager and the founding team.

You'll edit reels, shorts and video ads, design graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, and ensure visual consistency across channels while staying ahead of SaaS trends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of video editing, graphic design, or content creation with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Solid design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, hierarchy (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).
• Experience with AI tools like HeyGen and Higgsfield is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form videos: reels, shorts, video ads, and explainers.
• Create social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
• Build and maintain brand assets: templates, banners, visuals.
• Turn blog posts and product updates into scroll-stopping content.

About the Role

We're looking for a Visual Content Creator who can take an idea from script to screen. You'll produce short-form videos, ad creatives, social media graphics, and brand assets for a global SaaS product. This is a video-first role: reels, shorts, and video ads will be your main output, with graphic design supporting everything around them. You'll work directly with our Social Media Manager and the founding team, with full creative ownership of what you ship.

What You'll Do

• Edit and produce short-form videos: reels, shorts, video ads, and product explainers
• Create videos using AI tools like HeyGen (avatar videos) and Higgsfield, from script to final cut
• Design social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
• Build and maintain brand assets: templates, banners, presentation visuals, and website graphics
• Turn blog posts, product updates, and campaign ideas into scroll-stopping visual content
• Create ad creative variations for our Meta Ads campaigns and iterate based on performance
• Keep visual consistency across everything Recooty publishes
• Stay on top of design and video trends in SaaS, startups, and social media, and bring fresh formats to the table

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or content creation, with a portfolio that shows both
• Strong video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
• Solid design fundamentals with Canva, Figma, or Photoshop: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like HeyGen and Higgsfield is a strong plus
• A sense for what performs on social: hooks, pacing, captions, and thumbnails that earn the click
• Ability to work fast, take feedback well, and ship consistently without hand-holding
• Based in Jabalpur or willing to relocate

• Experience creating content for SaaS, B2B, or tech brands
• Basic scriptwriting or storyboarding ability
• Understanding of ad creative principles: what makes people stop, watch, and click
