Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

Visa Counselor / Admission Counselor (Study Abroad & India Admissions)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
• Guide students in selecting the right universities and programs based on their academic profile, interests, and career goals.
• Assist students throughout the admission process, including university shortlisting, application strategy, documentation, and submission.
• Provide guidance on visa documentation and application procedures for various study destinations.
• Stay updated on university admission requirements, scholarships, and visa policies.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve student satisfaction by delivering high-quality counseling services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in overseas education counseling or admissions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple student applications.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Language Requirement
