Job summary

Envision Overseas Education Consultants seeks a Study Abroad Advisor for Bangalore & Ahmedabad on-site. The role guides prospective students through the entire study abroad lifecycle, from counseling to program selection and university shortlisting.

You will conduct one-on-one consultations, explain admission requirements, review materials, and coordinate documentation and deadlines. The advisor collaborates with teams and partners to ensure timely follow-up and a high-quality advising

Qualifications

• Ability to provide Educational Consulting and study abroad guidance, including program and university selection.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
• Knowledge of Visas and related procedures, with the capacity to advise on documentation and interview preparation.
• Consulting skills to assess student profiles, recommend suitable options, and offer clear, structured guidance.
• Experience in overseas education counseling or education services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, business, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with office software and CRM or student management systems; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory student support.
