Job summary
GREENLAND IMMIGRATION is hiring a Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa and immigration processes. In this in-person role you will gather documents, explain requirements clearly, and ensure accurate applications from Batala, Punjab region.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has basic knowledge of visa procedures, strong communication and customer service skills, and impeccable attention to detail while handling confidential information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; law, travel & tourism, business, or international studies are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for popular countries
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) to explain processes clearly to clients
- Good documentation and attention to detail to avoid errors in applications
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle clients professionally
- Ethical conduct and confidentiality when dealing with client information
