Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited seeks experienced MSME Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) with a banking background to join our Wealth Management – MSME process. The role focuses on handling MSME customers via virtual channels, delivering banking and wealth management solutions, and building strong customer relationships.

Candidates should have at least 1 year MSME VRM experience, a graduate degree, strong communication in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred), and a CIBIL score of 650.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MSME VRM experience in banking.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Versant Level 5 or equivalent communication proficiency.
• English and Hindi fluency is mandatory.
• Telugu language knowledge preferred.
• Minimum CIBIL score of 650.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced MSME Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) with strong banking experience to join our Wealth Management – MSME process. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in handling MSME customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
