Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage and grow a customer portfolio through regular virtual interactions and cross-selling of banking products.

The role requires strong communication, at least 1 year of experience, and a graduate degree. You will onboard customers, provide digital banking support, and ensure compliance while meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual calls.
• Understand customer banking needs and recommend Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.
• Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

Salary:- 4.50 LPA (Plus upto 35K incentives monthly)

Responsibilities :-

2.Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.

3.Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.

4.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.

5.Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.

6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
