Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage a growing customer portfolio through regular virtual interactions, understand banking needs, and recommend Kotak products including savings, investments, insurance, loans and digital solutions.

You will maintain high service standards, deepen relationships, and cross-sell when appropriate while achieving monthly targets and ensuring compliance and a seamless digital banking experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Comfort with virtual calls and digital banking.
• On-roll banking process exposure.

Responsibilities

Salary:- 3 to 4 LPA + Incentives

Responsibilities :-

1.Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual interaction on calls.

2.Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.

3.Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.

4.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.

5.Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.

6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

Requirement :-

• Any Graduate can apply now || No fresher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Min 1 year Experience Mandatory

Salary & Benefits :-

• Salary: 3 to 4 LPA CTC depends on interview (Plus upto35k incentives monthly)
• 6 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
