Job summary

Porch Group in India is hiring a Virtual Assistant to support partner inspection companies. You will field calls, texts and emails, schedule appointments, enter details into booking software, and provide a great customer experience across multiple channels.

Training overlaps US CDT hours (7:00 PM–3:00 AM IST), with Night Shift Allowance. After training, shifts align with US CDT hours (9:30 PM–5:30 AM IST).

Qualifications

• 4 years in Customer Service roles.
• 2 years in Executive Assistant (or equivalent) roles.
• 2 years in Remote positions.
• Strong English language skills.
• Ability to accurately enter notes, data, and client information.
• Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text).
• Must multitask across multiple systems and channels.
• Clear communication in client’s native tongue.
• Detail-oriented and adheres to SOPs.
• Able to make good judgments when answers aren’t clear.

Job Summary

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as a Virtual Assistant The job consists of fielding incoming calls, texts, and emails for the companies your team is responsible for supporting. Multiple times a day, you will be answering client questions, providing price quotes, and selling customers on why they should book a home inspection with “your” company. Remember, you are the “front desk.” Our inspection companies rely on their ACC team to book appointments and keep their calendars busy. Multiple times a day, you will schedule home inspection appointments by collecting and entering specific details into our booking software, responding to general office correspondences (email, text, voicemail), and providing a great customer experience. At ACC, we don’t sugar coat it, the job is challenging due to our high standards of quality and the many details involved in effectively serving our customers. What You Will Bring as Virtual Assistant

• 4 years in Customer Service roles
• 2 years in Executive Assistant (or equivalent) roles
• 2 years in Remote positions
• Strong communication and language skills: English speaking is a must.
• Ability to accurately enter notes, data, and client information and navigate websites and standard software applications.
• Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc.)
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask across multiple systems, customer scenarios, and communication channels
• We love bilingual team members, but we also need them to have clear and effective communication in our client's native tongue.
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to following defined processes (we call them our SOP or Standard Operating Procedures).
• Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making abilities when there isn’t a clear answer - we want you to feel empowered!
• Strong computer skills: You will be on a computer for your entire shift.
• Ability to accurately enter notes, data, and client information and navigate websites and standard software applications.
• Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc).
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask across multiple systems, customer scenarios, and communication channels.
• During the first 2 months (training period).
• This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch's U.S. CDT business hours during training (7:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST).
• A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
• Post-training (regular shift): Following the training period, this role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch's U.S. CDT business hours (9:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST).
• A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group Pay Range

INR 10, 68,800 – INR 1,496,300 annually
