• Participate in audits, QA/QC coordination for batch release, and SAP transactions.
• Adhere to EHS protocols and support process safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Biosimilars Production – Core Responsibilities

Upstream and Downstream Operations

• Handle fermentation, extraction, centrifugation, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), and chromatography.
• Operate equipment involved in recombinant product manufacturing.
• Apply core GMP principles during execution.

GMP Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation as per GDP and GMP compliance.
• Prepare and maintain batch records.
• Participate in audits and quality reviews.

SAP & Batch Management

• Execute SAP transactions for batch processing and inventory.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for batch release.

EHS & Process Safety

• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols.
• Participate in workplace hazard identification and risk assessments.
