Job summary

Vrinda International in Mumbai is seeking a VIP Customer Service professional for Renewal Calling to manage proactive follow-ups with existing customers and sustain high service standards. The role requires Male candidates only with 1 year of recent US/UK process experience, excellent English communication, and willingness to work the night shift from 11 PM to 8 AM.

5 working days with rotating weekends. Salary starts from day 1 with unlimited incentives; the ideal candidate will sustain targets
