Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring: Monitor CCTV, access control, and security arrangements to identify suspicious activities.
• Investigation: Investigate theft, fraud, misconduct, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
• Asset Protection: Ensure safety of company assets and equipment.
• Surprise Inspections: Conduct regular and surprise inspections of premises and critical locations.
• Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations for actions.
• Employee Vigilance: Monitor compliance with company rules and report misconduct.
• Access Control: Verify visitor and contractor entry procedures and records.
• Coordination: Work with security, facilities, HR, and local authorities as required.

1. Security Monitoring: Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and security arrangements to identify suspicious activities.
2. Investigation: Investigate incidents related to theft, fraud, misconduct, unauthorized access, and violations of company policies.
3. Asset Protection: Ensure the safety and security of company assets, equipment, materials, and other valuable items.
4. Surprise Inspections: Conduct regular and surprise inspections of premises, entry and exit points, stores, parking areas, and other critical locations.
5. Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports, investigation findings, and recommendations for corrective action.
6. Employee Vigilance: Monitor compliance with company rules and report suspected misconduct, negligence, or unauthorized activities.
7. Access Control: Verify visitor and contractor entry procedures and ensure proper movement records for materials and equipment.
8. Coordination: Coordinate with security personnel, facility management, HR, and local authorities, wherever required.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols, standard operating procedures, and applicable company policies.
10. Risk Prevention: Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend measures to prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.
11. Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, incidents, investigations, visitor movements, and security-related observations.
