The company provides 24-hour manned guarding, concierge services, mobile patrols, alarm response, advanced access control, and VIP protection. It also delivers technical solutions, including electronic access control, CCTV and surveillance, fire and intruder alarm systems, sprinklers, and public address systems, offering integrated, single-window security solutions. In addition, Proactive Force Management Services provides soft and hard facility management services such as housekeeping, pantry operations, gardening, plumbing, and electrical work. The organization serves a wide range of sectors, including corporate offices, retail environments, industrial and construction sites, housing societies, schools, and hospitals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Security Guard role based in Noida, with occasional work-from-home tasks such as reporting and documentation where feasible. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets. Daily activities include conducting regular patrols, checking security systems, responding to alarms or incidents, and maintaining detailed incident and shift reports. The role involves interacting with visitors, residents, and staff in a professional manner, supporting customer service at entry points, and coordinating with supervisors and security teams. The Security Guard will follow established protocols, comply with all safety and security procedures, and support emergency response efforts as required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Physical Security and Private Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.
• Candidates should possess solid Personnel Security skills, with the ability to verify identities, manage visitor access, and protect confidential information.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly, de-escalate conflicts, and assist clients and visitors.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, and other security equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Prior experience in security, facility management environments, or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
