Job summary

Asmita Group is seeking a creative Video Producer to manage end-to-end video production for its diverse businesses. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, events, and corporate communications, coordinating with marketing and creative teams.

You will handle concept development, scripting, shooting, editing (Premiere Pro & After Effects), and final delivery while ensuring brand consistency across locations and platforms.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Producer to manage end-to-end video production for Asmita Group’s businesses, including real estate, FMCG/organic food, hospitality, education, healthcare, and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital platforms, and corporate communication.
• Handle end-to-end video production from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop creative video concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube, promotional videos, events, interviews, and brand campaigns.
• Shoot videos at offices, project sites, properties, events, farms, stores, clubs, and other locations as required.
• Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other video production equipment.
• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro & After effects
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, walkthroughs, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, and promotional content.
• Add appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and colour correction.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Business, and Creative teams to understand content requirements.
• Maintain consistency in brand style, messaging, and visual quality across all videos.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current video trends, formats, transitions, and social media content styles.
• Maintain and organise video footage, project files, raw footage, and final assets.

Required Skills

• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Good understanding of camera composition, lighting, framing, audio, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Good sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, music selection, and storytelling.
• Ability to independently manage shoots from planning to final output.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to different Asmita Group locations for shoots.

Preferred

• 7+ years of experience in real estate, FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, corporate, or social media content.
• Experience in shooting property/project walkthroughs.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Photography skills will be an added advantage.
• Experience handling professional cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Photography, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant experience and a strong portfolio can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
