Job summary

Unity Small Finance Bank in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a KYC Analyst to ensure timely review of KYC applications and provide feedback aligned with Bank Policy. The role supports compliant onboarding and enhances vKYC quality within regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in financial services, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with willingness to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year relevant experience preferably at a high-growth tech startup in the financial services space.
• Ability to analyze documentation, with outstanding attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of the risk mitigation strategies (KYC).
• Strong in oral communication, analytical and report writing skills.
• Sense of teamwork, cooperative, and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work Nights and Weekends on a rotating shift basis.
