Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Mumbai Suburban is seeking an associate to handle inbound video calls for Pre login verification and ensure accuracy of customer and sales documentation. The role emphasizes professional conduct, accurate product information, and adherence to security and quality norms.

You will be responsible for timely, high-quality customer servicing, meeting productivity and NPS targets, and applying coaching feedback to improve performance within defined guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Video call customers to complete the Pre login verification.
• Verify the details submitted by the customer/Sales at the time of policy selling and Documents submitted are matching
• Ensure APLVC is completed by the Right Party only
• Should maintain a Professional behaviour with the customer throughout the APLVC process.
• Give complete and correct information on all the product purchased by the customer
• Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
• Meet targets on productivity and Quality as well as Net Promoter score (NPS)as defined from time to time.
• Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
• Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
• To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
• Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
