Job description

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Collabera Marketing is an AI-fluent team in relentless pursuit of every unit of marketing greatness building brand, driving demand, and accelerating growth for Collabera and all its associated businesses. We are evolving marketing from a support function into a revenue-generating engine, on a path toward a Marketing-as-a-Service model that delivers the same craft and outcomes to our clients as we do internally.Global Creative is the studio at the centre of that engine. We turn strategy and story into work people actually stop for films, motion, and short-form that carry Collabera's brand across every screen and market. Video is our sharpest instrument, and we are building a bench that can move at the speed of the feed without ever dropping the craft.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a new-aged, reliable Senior Video Editor to be a creative engine within Global Creative. You will edit and finish video across the full range an enterprise, global brand demands motion-graphics pieces, shoot-based films, callout and kinetic-typography treatments, social cutdowns, and more and you will do it AI-first, using modern generative and assistive workflows to raise both the speed and the ceiling of the work. This is a craft-heavy, hands-on role for someone who owns their edits end to end and is measured on the quality and impact of what ships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the edit end to end take raw footage, assets, and briefs and finish them into polished, on-brand video — from assembly and pacing to sound design, color, and final master.
  • Set the quality bar — bring a sharp eye for rhythm, storytelling, and detail that makes Collabera's video feel premium and unmistakably ours.
  • Finish clean — deliver technically flawless files — correct formats, framerates, captions, and specs for every channel and market.

2. Motion Graphics & Design

  • Design in motion — build motion-graphics sequences, animated explainers, lower-thirds, and data/UI animation in After Effects that make complex ideas simple and beautiful.
  • Extend the brand — translate brand and campaign systems into templates and animated toolkits the wider team can reuse at scale.

3. Formats, Treatments & Range

  • Cover the full spectrum — confidently move between motion graphics, live-action / shoot-based films, callout and kinetic-typography videos, product and capability explainers, executive thought-leadership pieces, event sizzles, customer stories, and social-first short-form.
  • Cut for the channel — master, reframe, and version content for web, LinkedIn and other social (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), events, and paid — so every idea earns its full reach.
  • Support the shoot — collaborate on pre-production and on-set needs — shotlists, direction, and capture — so footage arrives edit-ready.

4. AI-Assisted Video Workflows

  • Work AI-first — embed generative and assistive AI across the pipeline — ideation, generation, rotoscoping, upscaling, voice, and automated versioning — to compress timelines without compromising craft.
  • Push the frontier — test and operationalize new AI video tools, and help codify the workflows, prompts, and guardrails the studio adopts.
  • Use judgment — apply AI where it elevates the work and know where the human hand still wins — always within brand and legal guardrails.

5.Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Partner across marketing — work with Branding & Design, Content & Research, and campaign teams to turn briefs into finished video on time.
  • Manage the pipeline — juggle multiple projects and deadlines with clear communication on status, trade-offs, and delivery.
  • Stay current — keep a live pulse on visual trends, platform formats, and editing techniques, and bring the best of them back to the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience — 3–6 years editing video for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team, with a portfolio that proves range and finish.
  • Tool mastery — expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; strong across the wider Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder) and comfortable with color tools such as DaVinci Resolve.
  • Multi-format range — demonstrated ability across motion graphics, shoot-based edits, and callout / kinetic treatments — not a one-trick editor.
  • AI-fluent — actively uses AI video and audio tools in day-to-day work and is eager to push an AI-native pipeline forward.
  • Storytelling eye — strong sense of pacing, narrative, sound, and typography — the instincts that separate good edits from great ones.
  • Reliable operator — self-managing, deadline-driven, and dependable under a high-volume, global content load.
PREFERRED (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Live-action production experience — shooting, directing, or leading on-set capture.
  • 3D or advanced motion skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D).
  • Experience producing for an enterprise, global, or B2B technology / IT-services brand.
  • Sound design and mixing capability, and a working eye for colour grading.
  • Familiarity with asset management, brand systems, and templated production at scale.
