Innovation Technology By Design is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer to transform raw footage into compelling stories. You will own the full video production journey—from concept to final delivery—driving narratives with motion graphics and AI-assisted workflows.

The role emphasizes independent briefing translation, creative storytelling, and delivering high-quality content for product explainers, testimonials, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Strong editing, motion graphics, and animation skills.
• Ability to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives.
• Experience using AI tools within a production workflow.
• Attention to detail and quality in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high-quality videos: product videos, testimonials, campaigns.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, pacing, and narrative structures independently.
• Enhance content with motion graphics, animations, titles, and basic sound design.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, similar platforms) to accelerate production.
• Manage multiple projects and assist with static social graphics when needed.

At IT By Design, we're looking for a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. From product explainers and customer testimonials to event recaps and campaign videos, you'll own the entire video production journey from concept to final delivery.

This role goes beyond editing. We're seeking someone who can independently translate briefs into engaging narratives, create impactful motion graphics, and leverage the latest AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining exceptional quality.

What You'll Do

Edit and deliver high-quality videos including:

• Product videos
• Customer testimonials
• Marketing campaign videos

Develop creative concepts, storyboards, pacing, and narrative structures independently.

Enhance content through:

• Motion graphics
• Animations
• Titles and supers
• Basic sound design

Utilize AI-powered creative tools such as:

• Google Veo
• Runway
• Similar AI video and image platforms

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Support creative initiatives with static designs such as social media creatives, event graphics, and one-pagers when required.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

4-6 years of hands-on video editing experience

Strong expertise in:

• After Effects
• Motion Graphics
• Animation

Proven ability to develop compelling visual stories from minimal direction.

Strong understanding of:

• Video storytelling
• Platform-specific video optimization

Hands-on experience using AI tools within a production workflow.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good to Have

Experience with:

Background in:
