Holistique Beauty in Mumbai invites a skilled Video Editor & Motion Designer to lead end-to-end post‑production for flagship brands The Face Shop and Belif. You will shape visual rhythm, maintain premium aesthetics, and drive AI-enabled creative velocity across campaigns and social content.

You will work from our Mumbai headquarters, partnering with marketing to translate briefs into market-ready assets and maintain brand guidelines across formats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced video editing and motion design.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who operates at the intersection of traditional high-end production and cutting-edge generative AI.

In this role, you won't just edit timeline sequences; you will act as a strategic creative director for two distinct, premium global beauty brands: The Face Shop and Belif.

You will own the visual rhythm, aesthetic integrity, and creative velocity of our video and graphic assets. This is a full-time, Work from Office role based at our Mumbai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Post-Production: Lead the storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design for brand campaigns, high-performance e-commerce ads, and social-first content (Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Motion & Static Graphics: Seamlessly blend video with premium motion design, typography, and static graphic assets, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly maintained across different visual formats.
• AI-Driven Creative Velocity: Integrate next-generation generative AI tools into the post-production pipeline to rapidly upscale output, generate high-fidelity b-roll, create unique visual assets, and execute complex concept mockups at speed.
• Visual Direction & Guardianship: Maintain an editorial, premium look and feel across both brands. You will translate abstract creative briefs into polished, market-ready visual assets independently.
• Asset Management: Standardize templates, motion graphics kits, and asset libraries to streamline production workflows for the wider marketing team.

Required Skill Set & Tool Stack

The ideal candidate possesses a rare mix of design fundamentals, post-production mastery, and prompt-engineering capabilities.

1. Video & Motion Production

• Adobe Premiere Pro: Expert-level pacing, multi-cam editing, and timeline efficiency.
• After Effects: Advanced motion graphics, kinetic typography, dynamic transitions, and visual effects.
• DaVinci Resolve: Strong color correction and grading capabilities to achieve a premium, editorial skin-and-product aesthetic.

2. Graphic Design & Layout

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Core mastery for digital compositing, asset creation, and layout design.
• Figma: Efficient workflow for collaborating on digital assets, UI/UX framing, and modern layout structures.
• Adobe InDesign: Occasional production of structured multi-page layouts or brand lookbooks.

3. Generative AI Pipelines (The Velocity Engine)

• Text/Image Generation: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
• AI Video & Animation: Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Seedance.
• You must understand how to leverage these tools to automate tedious tasks, extend frames, upscale footage, and generate unique creative concepts rapidly.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion design, ideally within premium lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce agency ecosystems.
• Portfolio Requirement: A stellar show reel and portfolio demonstrating both advanced video editing/motion design and clean, premium graphic layout skills. Examples of AI-assisted workflows are a massive plus.
