Job summary

Hi Tours Group is seeking a creative video editor and designer to craft engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will drive trend-based concepts, edit short and long-form videos, and shape brand visuals with a keen eye for color theory and typography.

You'll leverage AI tools to streamline edits and produce portfolio-worthy work in a fast-paced on-site role in Gurgaon. 2–3 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in video editing and design.
• Strong sense of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to pitch ideas and adapt to fast-moving social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Trend & Idea Pitching: track live internet culture and pitch concepts.
• End-to-End Video Editing: edit reels, shorts, and YouTube content with strong pacing and sound design.
• AI-Assisted Creation: use AI tools to optimize editing and design workflows.
• Graphic Design & Branding: create eye-catching posts, carousels, assets, and thumbnails.
• Multi-Format Execution: tailor content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for personal and brand use.

We want a passionate, chronically online creative who knows their design language inside out, has a hawk eye for color and aesthetics, seamlessly integrates AI tools into their editing and design workflow, and isn’t afraid to pitch viral trend ideas the moment they hit the feed. What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Trend & Idea Pitching: Scroll with a purpose. You’ll track live internet culture, social trends, and meme formats, actively pitching and executing fresh creative concepts for our brands.
• End-to-End Video Editing: Cut, paste, color-grade, and elevate short and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos) with pristine pacing, retention hooks, and sound design.
• AI-Assisted Creation: Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to optimize video editing, graphic design, asset generation, or workflow efficiency.
• Graphic Design & Branding: Design thumb-stopping static posts, carousels, brand assets, and thumbnails that strictly respect color theory, typography, and clean design language.
• Multi-Format Execution: Build content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn across both personal and business brands.

Who You Are (The Vibe Check)

• Tool Proficiency (Mandatory): You must be fully proficient and hands-on with industry-standard software, including Premiere Pro, Motion Graphics (After Effects or similar), Figma, Photoshop, and related creative suites.
• Design Obsessed: You know your color palettes, composition, and visual hierarchy like the back of your hand. Ugly typography physically hurts you.
• AI-Fluent: You actively utilize modern AI editing and design tools to enhance your output and speed up your workflow.
• Trend-Aware & Proactive: You don't wait to be told what to do—if a new trend pops off, you've already thought of how our brand can hop on it.
• Editing is Your Passion: You actually enjoy spending hours perfecting a transition, sound cue, or graphic overlay because you care about the final output.
• Experience & Culture Fit: 2–3 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of internet culture, and social awareness that keeps your work culturally relevant.
