Job Overview

We are looking for a technical wizard to transform raw footage into high-retention, cinematic stories. You will be the "engine" of our content department, responsible for the final output across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Editing: Deliver high-impact edits for IG Reels, YT Shorts, and Performance Ads, optimized for each platform's unique audience behavior.
• Motion Graphics: Design custom titles, lower thirds, and transitions that elevate production value and reinforce brand identity.
• Audio Engineering: Lead the auditory experience with expert sound design, SFX layering (foley), and clean audio mixing.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI tools for automated captioning, audio cleanup, and smart-masking to maximize creative output.
• Retention Strategy: Implement psychological "hooks" and rhythmic pacing based on trends to maximize viewer watch time.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Software Mastery: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. (FCP/DaVinci is a plus).
• AI Requirement: Must be proficient in using AI video tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Captions.ai, or Runway) to automate tasks and enhance output.
• Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to deliver polished, high-volume edits under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Storytelling: Strong sense of rhythm and narrative; able to build a compelling story from raw footage and audio.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous about file management, version control, and perfect AV synchronization.
