Edstate Learning Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Video Editor to turn raw footage into engaging visual stories for social media, premium campaigns, and paid ads.

You will own the entire post-production pipeline, driving pacing, color, sound, and motion graphics to produce premium, scroll-stopping content. You will lead a small editorial team, mentor juniors, and collaborate with creatives to design winning approaches for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and campaigns, while maintaining

Edstate is a creator-led learning community at the intersection of real estate, education, business and community. Our founder-led content engine needs someone who can turn raw footage into stories, and ideas into visual experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who doesn't just cut footage, but architectures visual stories. You will own our post-production pipeline, transforming raw content into high-retention visual assets across social media, premium brand campaigns, and high-performance ads.

If you are obsessed with pacing, know how to manipulate sound to drive emotion, and design motion graphics that make people stop scrollingthis is your playground.

What you'll do:

• Own the Edit: Take complete ownership of the post-production lifecycle, executing everything from narrative assembly and precise pacing to advanced color grading and clean audio mixing.
• Hook the Algorithm: Design high-retention video architectures with snappy cuts, kinetic typography, and seamless transitions engineered for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Paid Ads.
• Elevate with Motion: Inject high-end 2D/3D motion graphics, custom asset animations, and sleek visual effects (VFX) to elevate standard footage into a premium product.
• Lead the Pipeline: Mentor junior editors, streamline asset management (storage, presets, templates), and optimize workflows to scale output without diluting quality.
• Collaborate with Creatives: Partner directly with Scriptwriters, Directors, and Growth Marketers to conceptualize winning angles, visual hooks, and fresh content formats.

What Were Looking For:

• The Showreel: A versatile, killer portfolio that showcases elite pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and advanced color grading.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. (Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender is a massive plus).
• The Growth Mindset: An understanding of internet culture, modern design trends, and consumer psychology, you know exactly what makes a video go viral or convert.
• Leadership & Grit: Proven ability to manage tight production deadlines, pivot quickly based on performance data, and take constructive creative feedback in stride.
