Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: Alternate Saturdays Off

About the Role

EOCL India is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form content, social media trends, storytelling, and visual editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Create videos aligned with the company's branding, campaigns, and marketing objectives.
• Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, animations, and visual effects as required.
• Edit raw footage into polished and engaging content suitable for different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Team to execute content ideas.
• Understand current social media trends and incorporate relevant editing styles and formats.
• Ensure videos are delivered within deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Organize and manage video files, project assets, and footage efficiently.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets expectations.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual quality, and storytelling across all videos.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, music, sound, and storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
