Role Description

The Video Editor Cum Colorist role is a full-time remote position focused on delivering polished video content for international marketing agencies and production companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video footage, refining pacing and storytelling, applying color grading, and visual elements to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with project managers and creative teams, interpreting briefs, and adapting content for multiple platforms and markets. The Video Editor will organize project assets, maintain version control, and ensure timely delivery of files that meet technical specifications and quality standards. The position also includes providing creative input, optimizing workflows, and staying current with editing trends and tools relevant to global brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Post Production workflows, with experience handling projects for brands or agencies.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent visual tone across multi-format campaigns.
• Experience in Motion Graphics is a plus, including creating and integrating branded visual assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing software. Preferably Davinci resolve editors.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and adapt content for global audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with international clients and distributed teams.
• Previous experience in agency, post-production, or global brand environments is a plus; relevant education or certifications in film, media, or design are advantageous.
