Job summary

Teknophile Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled Video Editor (AI & Normal) for a full-time on-site role in Lucknow. You will manage the entire video production lifecycle, from assembling footage to final edits, incorporating AI tools, color grading, and motion graphics to meet client requirements and brand standards.

Collaborate with creative and technical teams to understand briefs, optimize outputs for web and social platforms, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing across AI-assisted and traditional workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading with an eye for visual consistency and style.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for intros, transitions, and explainer content.
• Experience with Graphics for overlays, titles, lower thirds, and visual branding elements.
• Hands-on experience with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar), including AI-based plugins or platforms.
• Good understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, compression, and delivery standards for web and social media.
• Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant certification or diploma in film, multimedia, animation, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities include color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, integrating sound, and ensuring videos are optimized for digital platforms and client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with creative, technical, and project teams to understand briefs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high‑quality, engaging content on schedule. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lucknow, requiring regular coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to project timelines.
