Job summary

Craftell Media, based in Udaipur, is seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our on-site team. You will assemble raw footage, trim clips, and craft engaging narratives for multiple platforms.

You will synchronize audio, apply transitions, color grade, and integrate motion graphics while ensuring brand consistency and deadlines. You will collaborate with directors, producers, and designers to interpret briefs, manage assets, and deliver high-quality productions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short and long-form content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure high-quality visual tone.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Experience with industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings for web/social platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail in pacing, composition, and sound.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a creative on-site team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film/media/design is beneficial.
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics work.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Udaipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, and creating coherent, engaging video narratives for various platforms. Daily tasks include organizing media assets, synchronizing audio and video, applying transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements as needed. The role involves close collaboration with directors, producers, and designers to interpret project briefs, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines. The Video Editor will also export and optimize final videos for different formats, maintain project files and backups, and contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and overall production quality.
