Job summary

Itvedant is seeking a YouTube Content Executive to manage end-to-end YouTube content creation in Thane, Maharashtra. You will coordinate shoots, edit videos, manage the upload schedule and optimize content for YouTube SEO, ensuring timely publication and high quality.

You will also monitor analytics, collaborate with trainers and branch teams, and maintain brand standards across thumbnails, titles and descriptions to drive channel growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor channel analytics and report KPI performance against targets.

Job Summary:-

As a YouTube Content Executive, you will manage the end-to-end execution of Itvedant YouTube content, including coordinating shoots, editing videos, managing the upload schedule, and optimizing content through YouTube SEO. You will ensure the content strategy is consistently translated into high-quality, engaging videos and published on time.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Managing end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, captions, transitions, thumbnails, and maintaining consistent brand standards.
• Coordinating with trainers, faculty, and branch teams to schedule shoots and source relevant, region-specific content.
• Executing YouTube SEO through optimized titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, keywords, playlists, and retention-focused practices.
• Monitoring channel analytics, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, and traffic sources, and report performance against KPIs.
• Managing the day-to‑day production workflow, coordinating junior/freelance support, and proactively resolving or escalating production and resource‑related blockers.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Strong knowledge of video editing skills with Wondershare, Fillmore, Basic shooting and camera-handling skills are also preferred.
• Good knowledge & understanding of YouTube SEO, YouTube Studio analytics, and channel growth.
• Good communication & co‑ordination skills
