The role involves editing long-form and short-form videos, adding graphics, subtitles, transitions, and ensuring content is delivered in a professional and engaging format aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos, podcasts, reels, shorts, and social media content.
• Add graphics, captions, transitions, music, and visual elements to enhance viewer engagement.
• Ensure videos are edited according to content objectives and platform requirements.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain consistency in branding, style, and visual identity across all content.
• Organise and manage video files, project assets, and editing workflows.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current editing trends, social media formats, and audience preferences.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Media, Communication, Design, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing for digital and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and viewer retention.
• Experience with subtitles, motion graphics, and basic graphic design is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• An understanding of YouTube and social media content formats is preferred.
