Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Surat. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end post-production tasks, including assembling raw footage, trimming and organizing clips, and creating compelling video narratives for various platforms. Daily responsibilities include editing video content, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring videos meet brand, quality, and technical standards. The role also involves collaborating with producers, designers, and other team members, managing project timelines, and delivering final files in required formats. The Video Editor may assist with basic video production planning, contribute creative ideas, and maintain an organized asset library.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills to manage footage and create polished final outputs.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, professional visual quality across projects.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate animated and static visual elements into videos.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings are preferred.
• Effective collaboration, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and meet deadlines in an on-site team environment, are important.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
